It's been a great pleasure working with you for the past couple of months. We make a good team.
At first, I thought that it was a miracle that we sold the house in FIVE days (at the price I wanted), when the average time on the market is six months. Looking back, I now believe that the miracle is YOU!
When I met you for the first time, I liked your straightforwardness and no pretense. These days, too many people put on a show just to get the business. Your thorough market analysis was very impressive. When you told me that I should price at the same level as my competition, I knew you were an honest person. When I explained that I would need you to be at the house a lot, you did not hesitate to say yes. That sealed the deal for me. I am so glad that I made that decision.
The second best decision I made was to listen to you on all the staging related issues. You are really a Godsend. With your magic wand, you turned my house from a neat engineer's work space into a beautiful welcoming home for buyers. When I hired you, I had no idea that I hired an artist. Lucky me! I loved every picture you took of my house. It is not a coincidence that we had eight showings in a week!
Your responsiveness is another thing that I would like to highlight. I air on the neurotic side and tend to worry too much. Dana, thank you for always getting back with me quickly. I apologize for taking so much of your time. You are a great realtor and a fantastic person. I had a lot of fun working with you.
Well, I could go on and on about how great you are, but I will stop here. Now I am on my way to my new life in Seattle, worry free, I want to tell all you client a secret: If you REALY want to sell your house, do EVERYTHING Dana asks you.

I was lucky enough to find myself in the capable hands of Dana Moser. She helped me in every way.....from pointing out needed repairs to recommending a good contractor to do the work. She not only gave me good advice, but she also regularly kept me well-informed about what was happening with prospects. She never was discouraged by the market, and her positive outlook was a daily blessing. She was compassionate, well-informed, and right on top of everything.

Even with the extremely tough market and high inventory of homes on sale Dana helped us determine a competitive price to get people in the door. She went above and beyond her duties and managed the property while we were out of state, acting as a project manager for the repairs that were needed after the inspection. She was very efficient in filling out the innumerable paperwork for the relocation company we had to go through, and always did everything in a timely manner! If it wasn't for her our house would still be on the market!
Additionally, 4 years ago in a very different situation, Dana helped us find the perfect home again working with us remotely as we were coming from Canada.

Just a note to let you know the great work Dana does with her clients. Working with Dana has been an absolute pleasure both personally and professionally. I have only once before, and I have done this house buying thing 11 times, had the kind of out standing and professional experience with my real estate agent/broker. Dana's knowledge, work effort, and professional advise has made this home buying effort a very rewarding experience for myself and my wife.
As an example I had previously seen a house I wanted to buy but had to have my wife, Maureen see it also before we put in a bid. I once purchased a house without Mo seeing it, well LESSON LEARNED!!
Anyway it was several weeks later before Mo and I made it back to the area and we were both anxious for Mo to tour the house we were ready to buy. The day we were to see it Dana became aware that the house had just had an offer made on it. We were very disappointed, but undaunted Dana found another house in the same neighborhood for us to look at. Long story short we loved the house and as I walked around the side of the house I realized this home was right next door To the house I had previously thought we wanted to buy.
Dana throughout this process has just been a god sent.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Dana Moser from February through August 2009 for the purpose of listing and selling my home. In spite of the fact that I listed my home with Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace during one of the worst housing sale markets in recorded history, Dana Moser clearly shined as an above-bar, skillful and polished real estate agent with the know-how to get the job done. Dana coordinated and conducted countless showings of my home, so many in fact, that several of my neighbors commented on the number of people viewing my home as opposed to the slew of other homes for sale in my subdivision. Dana conducted open houses as well, resulting in increased buyer interest and marketing of my home.
