I had the distinct pleasure of working with Dana Moser from February through August 2009 for the purpose of listing and selling my home. In spite of the fact that I listed my home with Coldwell Banker Wallace and Wallace during one of the worst housing sale markets in recorded history, Dana Moser clearly shined as an above-bar, skillful and polished real estate agent with the know-how to get the job done. Dana coordinated and conducted countless showings of my home, so many in fact, that several of my neighbors commented on the number of people viewing my home as opposed to the slew of other homes for sale in my subdivision. Dana conducted open houses as well, resulting in increased buyer interest and marketing of my home. Though at times, the prospect of selling my home in such a negative house sale market may have seemed bleak, Dana maintained a contagious positive attitude - a key contributor to her success. In short, Dana Moser genuinely cared about my well being on both a professional and personal level. When the contract for the sale of my home finally came through, she served my best interest with firm and cautious scrutiny. Dana is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with to-date.
